If the needs of a patient stretch beyond what can be provided within the home environment, arrangements can be made to transfer the patient to Hospice House, an in-patient facility at HospiceCenter. Here we provide a place of comfort where patients can receive full-time individualized care 24 hours a day from our dedicated clinical staff, physicians and volunteers. Families can also be supported during this critical time in their loved one's journey. |

It may not be “your” home but Hospice House offers a home-like environment. A patient can receive respite care, symptom management or end-of-life care in any of our 6 spacious private suites. These lovely private suites allow for the family to stay together if they choose, caring for one another while receiving compassionate support. Each room accommodates additional beds for family members spending the night. Pets are also welcome to visit. Beautiful gardens, a common family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, media access, and other amenities provide a comprehensive yet compassionate setting for a patient and family. |

We view each patient who comes to us as a gift, allowing us to learn how we can better serve patients and enhance our end-of-life services.
